Our thirst for knowledge has not only made it possible to make the smallest biological structures and processes, for example in a cell, visible in order to explore them further and further – nowadays we can even intervene in and change these processes at the smallest level.
This requires the right technical equipment: incubators, sterile workbenches, microscopes, and much more.
