No idea what to do with old bread or the leaves of radish? In three short tutorials, learn how to prepare a delicious starter, main course and dessert by using seasonal and regional ingredients. Part of the Deutsche Hygiene-Museum’s digital “Future Food. What will we eat tomorrow?” program. In cooperation with Commerzbank Foundation.

Part 1 – Delicious starter with (pa)radish salad

The starter begins with a (pa)radish salad. As part of the Deutsche Hygiene-Museum’s exhibition “Future Food. What will we eat tomorrow?” Maria, Rosa and Stefanie show how to prepare a delicious meal from old bread and regional fruits and vegetables. These recipes not only prevent old bread from going to waste, but also put the whole vegetable to use.
