In a world of exponential change, ZeroX is a game that aims to train non-linear thinking.
In ZeroX, pieces and board are the same thing. The pieces change properties and the board changes shape. As well as the two opponent teams, the grey pieces are both neutral, friend and foes. The design of the pieces explains how they may move.

Rules:

The game consists of 32 pieces (cards). 12 black, 12 white and 8 grey.
Place the cards with black and white pieces in 3 layers with the most powerful cards in the bottom layer. The grey cards are a single layer. Black begins then the players alternate.
Move the top card or all pieces in a stack.
The top card decides the properties of the stack. Take your opponent’s or your own piece by moving a top card or a stack of cards on top of it.
Both players control grey pieces.
A piece cannot be moved so that it’s not in contact with other cards on the side or in the corner.
If one player can’t make any move, the other player moves again.
