The Ars Electronica Art Thinking School is a new Festival program consisting of special guided tours, lectures, talks, workshops and actions to get inspired for inventing a better future by connecting creators, industries, governments, and citizens.
Future Innovators Summit (FIS) is a comprehensive workshop format within the Ars Electronica Art Thinking School program. Young and experienced experts from different cultures and backgrounds – such as artists, designers, scientists, engineers, entrepreneurs, social activists and philosophers – will gather at the festival to explore new ways of collective brainstorming on crucial questions for humanity and to develop future scenarios. The FIS was jointly developed by Ars Electronica Futurelab and Hakuhodo – a leading communication design firm in Japan.
