In this experimental Open Lab, festival visitors can discover and expand their skills in music programming. Different settings can be tried out or newly assembled – regardless of whether you’re a professional or a new discoverer, you can compose or edit new pieces of music together here. The Ars Electronica Festival offers space for new connections between art, technology and society-this is also reflected in this “music workshop”: here, connections can be made between analog and digital music, and above all, an attempt is made to enable people from different genres and age groups to exchange ideas with one another on site.
