Networked Bodies: Body, embodiment and New Media gives insight into three Ars Electronica Festival projects that address the body in the digital sphere.

In the framework of Werkleitz Festival 2021 move to … sociosphere, ecosphere, bodydatasphere, Garden EMAP, presents the sphere bodydatasphere, in which the artists devote themselves to digital bodies and senses and in particular to the fact that these are increasingly integrated into technological environments, monitored, predicted or controlled by them.

Garden ONASSIS STEGI highlights segments from the You and AI: Through the Algorithmic Lens festival, and explores the question of what the boundaries of post-human subjectivity are: who are we and how do we position ourselves in an infinitely re-morphed-by-AI world?

Lastly, MEET sheds some light on Synthetic Corporeality, a virtual exhibition which focuses on the body as a vehicle to discuss a variety of themes, from gender politics and personal data collection to the search for identity.
