Panic emerges here not only as fear, but as clarity, a sharp awakening to the present. In a society obsessed with control, the unpredictability of the body reminds us of the essential processes we cannot master. And in this confrontation, perhaps, we can also rediscover meaning, urgency, and a renewed sense of existence.
