50 Years of the Labor Constitution Act
On October 2, 2024, the Upper Austrian Chamber of Labor celebrated an important anniversary at the Tabakfabrik Linz: 50 years of the Labor Constitution Act. The event focused on participation and opened with a creatively staged introduction that highlighted the central role of employee representation.
Ars Electronica Solutions supported the staging, which centered on active participation and co-determination. Visitors were directly involved in the theme through an interactive voting tool. The main question was: ‘How future-ready is the Labor Constitution Act for the next 50 years?’ Participants had the opportunity to share their opinions and assessments, enabling a direct and lively engagement with the topic.
The collected opinions of the guests were visually and symbolically integrated into the overall concept of the event. Dynamic projections and visual effects reflected the different viewpoints, impressively illustrating the diversity of perspectives. The event was carried out in line with the Digital Transformation approach, one of the main principles of Ars Electronica Solutions.
