Christiane Stuetzle is a lawyer and partner at the international law firm of Morrison & Foerster. She is Co-Chair of the Global Film and Entertainment Practice, a Certified Specialist in Copyright and Media Law and an Arbitrator at the International Arbitration of the Independent Film & Television Alliance, Los Angeles. She advises on copyright, digital compliance, platform liability and (EU) legislation, incl. on Copyright and AI. Furthermore, German newspaper “Der Tagesspiegel” calls her “Hollywood’s Lawyer in Germany” as she advises US studios and streamers on the financing, production and distribution of films and series. Christiane is co-author of the Munich Handbook of Copyright and Media Law and lecturer in this field
