Putting the human being and its interaction with technology at the center, we at the Ars Electronica Futurelab realize projects for the public based on our research. We work together with various cooperation partners from the fields of arts, business, culture, research, and education.

Since 1996, the Ars Electronica Futurelab has been realising a wide variety of projects – from the initial spark, research and development to implementation, from individual projects to international collaborations. This archive is not only a documentation of these endeavours, but also a tool that reflects the social change in the handling and acceptance of technology over more than 25 years. Our archive is continuously updated with new works and supplemented with older pieces.
