Dystopia Land by Etsuko Ichihara and CCBT focuses on the paradoxical positivity inherent in the act of predicting and envisaging the dystopia that lies ahead. The installation invites visitors to experience an alternative Japan, aiming to nurture resilience in the face of uncertainty.
Within the exhibition, the artist will engage visitors in intimate, informal ritual-like actions. These rituals incorporate the theme of “post/mail,” a deliberate nod to the history of POSTCITY.
