Environmental, health, and highly complex sociopolitical crises are still present throughout the world. The pioneering university should be a place where all professors and researchers participate and collaborate to bring together scientists from numerous disciplines in a way that enables them to understand the intricate causes and effects of a specific problem. This will enable the new university to transcend and operate outside the boundaries and cultures of any discipline to capture new realities, mutually inform one another’s work, and address the multilevel determinants of wicked problems and all their interactions.
