Hacking Marea
Coded Biophilia – Hacking Marea is a project by Giulia Tomasello that explores marine biotechnologies and practices of circular fashion and DIY techniques.
The project is a collective effort, born out of a summer school course taught by the artist in the summer of 2022 at Umanesimo Artificiale Transmedia Research Institute where a joint network of students and professionals collaborated from the initial research and field studies to the final prototype.
